  Trac #675:
  - Widgets on sidebar are now collapsible
  - Phone images on home page aligned in the middle.
  - In the widget areas the distance between arrows and title decreased.
  - In top black bar and cart summary area, the text aligned vertically
  - "Compare Selected" should show the count as "0" (for ex. Compare Selected (0).
