- feat(credit): overdue loans don't block credit orders till 15 Nov 2026
- till 2026-11-15 (inclusive) only defaulted loans (past 30 days) block SD Credit orders; loans past due date but within 30 days don't
- from 2026-11-16 the original rule (any overdue loan blocks) applies again automatically
- CreditSummary.defaultCount added; LOAN_DEFAULT deactivation and 30-day high-risk block unchanged
