Fix trunk: RestClient was left behind by r37655
r37655 deleted MandiiResponse but omitted RestClient from the commit, so
trunk did not compile - RestClient still imported the deleted class.
RestClient now uses RawHttpResponse: executeMandii is renamed executeRaw and
postWithResponse returns the new type. The dead getMandii helper is removed;
its only caller was MandiiService. |

Preserve transport-failure cause in RestClient; add 60s regulator timeout profile
RestClient wrapped IOException/ClientProtocolException into RuntimeException(GE_1006)
without a cause, so callers could not tell a read timeout apart from a business
rejection. Pass the original exception as the cause at all four transport catch sites;
message text is unchanged.
Add HttpClientFactory.slowRegulatorRequestConfig() (60s socket) for NIC e-invoice/EWB
calls, which routinely exceed the global 10s default at peak, plus a RestClient
constructor taking an explicit RequestConfig. The global default is unchanged. |

Plug response-entity leak in RestClient
Apache HttpClient connections are released back to the PoolingConnectionManager
only when the response entity is fully consumed. Error paths in execute(),
executeMandii(), and executeJson() threw before consumeQuietly was called,
leaking pool slots and accumulating CLOSE_WAIT sockets against Solr, Tomcat,
and external APIs. Wrap each in try/finally with EntityUtils.consumeQuietly
so the connection is always returned. Methods that return raw HttpResponse
(getResponse, postResponse) are still caller-close responsibility. |
