  Checking in the code used for calculation of Errors/Exceptions in Logs and accordingly send mail.
  This code has been taken from github where it was put by Lara DAbreo after modifying stat4j project.
  We have made some changes in the code for
  1)Filtering out log events during a particular time
  2)Differing alert threshold based on the time of day
