A dummy provider to register for cases like
 <code>bind().in(scope)</code> (where there is no target key).
 Since Gin will use <code>GWT.create()</code>, we need to
 make Guice think that something is bound.

 This class is <code>public</code> so that <code>BindingProcessor</code>
 can detect this.
