                                        <li>We only accept returns if the item received by you is different from what you had ordered or is received in damaged condition.</li><li>If
your order qualifies under our return policy then please raise a
concern with us within 48 Hours of delivery by filling the online

concern is not raised in this stipulated period. We will get back to
you within 48 hrs of receiving your request.</li><li>Please ensure
while returning the product that the box and all packaging material is
intact, including the supplied accessories within. In case of an
electronic item we will not be able to accept a return if the serial
number of the original seal of the product is missing.</li><li>For any
other defect please get in touch with the nearest service-center of the
manufacturer with the original invoice. If you are unable to find a
service center please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.</li><li>If
your order qualifies for a return then the return shipping costs will
be borne by us. Please follow the <a href="/contact-us/?type=return">Return Instructions</a>
provided by us to help us get the product picked up from your location.</li><li>We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package (subject to availability). </li></ul>

We will be able to cancel the order only if we have
not already shipped the products(s). We will not be able to cancel your
oder in case we have initiated the shipping process before receiving
your cancellation request.</li><li>In case we are unable to deliver the product(s) you had ordered, we will cancel the order and offer a full refund.</li></ul><br style="font-family: Verdana;"><h2 style="font-family: Verdana;"><a name="Refund"></a>Refund Policy</h2>

process refund through the same mode as that of the payment. If you
made the payment through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking, we will
refund the amount to the same credit card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking

are committed to deliver your order within the promised time mentioned
on our website at the time of placing the order, and in good condition.</li><li>Our business days are (Monday - Saturday) except National holidays. </li><li>We use reputed courier agencies to dispatch your orders to ensure that it reaches you within the promised time.</li></ul><li><h3>Tracking: </h3></li><ul style="margin-left: 40px;"><li>You can check the status (including shipping information) of your orders in <a href="/myaccount">My Account</a> section.</li></ul>

will ship all products that are part of single transaction/order to a
single address specified at the time of placing the order. In case you
wish to get some of the products delivered to different addresses, please
place multiple orders.</li></ul><li><h3>Packaging:</h3></li><ul style="margin-left: 40px;"><li>We care for the environment as you do. We pack all your orders in a biodegradable tamper proof polybag. </li><li>We
request you to check the packing before accepting delivery of the goods
from the courier agency. If you find that the packet is not in good
condition, or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to take
delivery and inform us using the online <a href="/contact-us/?type=delivery">Delivery Problem Form.</a>

loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of     authorization for
any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually
agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.</li>
                <li>While we make every possible attempt to accurately depict the specifications
of every product, and try to obtain these specifications from reliable sources; occasionally
there may be a mismatch between the features of the actual product and that depicted on our 
site due to factors not under our control. We as a merchant shall be under no liability 
whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of such mismatch.
